I used this particular site to begin a lesson on irregular plural nouns. I also used it for threw, thru and through. There are many lessons that tie in nicely with Sitton Spelling. I have been using the Sitton Spelling program with my students for four years. The only downside to this website is the ads that begin each section. Some sections get a little too intellectual for my class but they still enjoy listening because the speaker has a pleasant voice and she makes her presentations entertaining.
I also subscribed to Poetry4kids.com. There are only a total of 9 podcasts out there of a poet reciting his original poem. They are supposed to be funny poems and they are, kind of . . . ..
